As the world becomes increasingly digital, it is becoming more important than ever for businesses to establish a strong online presence. This is especially true for coworking spaces, which rely heavily on their online presence to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

The Sett

Setting up Social Media Channels

When Malva Media began working with The Sett, their social media channels were non-existent, and they had no online presence to speak of. Malva Media worked closely with The Sett to establish their social media channels and create an interactive and engaging blog that showcased the people and benefits of coworking at The Sett.

Establishing The Sett’s Blog

We created content, both written and visual, for The Sett. One of the methods used to generate written content was conducting interviews with coworkers and posting this to a brand-new blog. This allowed for unique insights into the company’s operations, culture, and values.

We organized the content into different categories to make it easier for readers to navigate and find what they were looking for and easier for contributors to create future content.

Social Media & Blog Management

The content calendar ensured that content was regularly produced and published on time. By using these simple, yet effective techniques, we helped The Sett establish an online presence that was informative, engaging, and resonated with their target audience of potential co-workers.

Malva Media helped The Sett to build a strong brand identity and connect with its customers on a deeper level and attract future co-working members to the space.

Workshop 17

Malva Media collaborated with Workshop 17 to provide valuable training for their team on social media content coordination and management.

We liaised with teams located in different cities to upskill the teams in content coordination and social media management. This ensured that content was created and distributed across multiple locations while still being stylistically cohesive with the same brand voice across locations.

We organized photoshoots to create high-quality visual content and crafted a 12-step content calendar to ensure consistency in content creation and publishing. This system is now a foundational piece of training in Create Business Academy.

Organic Content Marketing

Malva Media helped Workshop 17 to establish a strong online presence and reach a wider audience through organic content marketing without using ad spend.

By leveraging existing content, we created a repurposed content strategy to run in tandem with new content creation. The combined content effectively promoted Workshop 17’s services and facilities to its target audience.

We created unique categories such as “coffee corner” interviews that incorporated lifestyle into the workplace with musical playlist suggestions and recommended hot spots around town and “Ted Talk Thursdays” that shared educational and inspirational curated content and more.

Virtual Co-working

Since 2017 we’ve launched multiple co-working initiatives for Create Business Academy such as Power-Hours, Sister Sessions, Virtual Co-work Days, Friday Writers Sessions, and more.

Adding virtual co-working is a wonderful community builder for any organization.
